A2: For large first-time orders, our standard and secure terms are a 50% deposit via T/T to initiate production, with the 50% balance due before shipment. This balances risk and commitment for both parties.Q3: Can I use a Letter of Credit (L/C) for added payment security on a major project?
A3: Yes, we accept Letters of Credit. Please note that this will add time to the order processing phase prior to the start of production, as we must review and agree on all terms. The 7-14 day production clock starts only after the L/C is accepted.Q4: Is the MOQ different if I'm using project financing?
A4: No, the Minimum Order Quantity is a production parameter and remains 70 panels or 200 square meters, regardless of the payment method used to settle the invoice.Q5: How does the 1-year warranty interact with a project’s defect liability period?
A5: Our 1-year manufacturer’s warranty runs concurrently from the date of shipment. It covers product defects, which may be a component of a broader contractor’s defect liability period on site. We provide warranty documentation for your project files.
