A2: Our products are manufactured in our overseas facility. We cannot and will not apply a “Made in USA” label. We provide an accurate country of origin on all documentation. It is the importer’s responsibility to comply with all local labeling laws.

Q3: What is your process for adhering to “Conflict Minerals” reporting regulations like the U.S. Dodd-Frank Act?
A3: Our core raw material is recycled PET plastic, a polymer not sourced from conflict-affected regions. We can provide a statement confirming that our product does not contain tin, tantalum, tungsten, or gold (3TG) that would necessitate reporting under such regulations.

Q4: If a new EU directive requires registration of our product in a specific database (e.g., SCIP), will you provide the necessary data?
A4: We will provide the material composition information required for our direct customers (importers) to fulfill their regulatory obligations under laws like the EU Waste Framework Directive. The actual submission to databases like SCIP is typically the responsibility of the importer of record.

Q5: How does your 1-year warranty align with the commercial warranty laws in our country, which might mandate longer periods?
A5: Our warranty is a commercial manufacturer’s warranty. It is offered globally and sets the minimum standard. If local mandatory consumer or commercial law in your country provides a longer statutory warranty period for the seller (you) to provide to your end-customer, that is a separate matter between you and your customer.
