A2: A shipping quote will outline all charges from our factory to the destination port (for FOB) or your forwarder’s warehouse (for CIF/DAP, if offered). It includes inland freight, port fees, and ocean/air freight, but excludes destination duties and taxes.Q3: What is the lead time from production completion to the goods being on the vessel?
A3: This depends on shipping schedules and port logistics. Typically, it takes 3-7 days after production completion for goods to be transported to the port, cleared, and loaded onto a vessel.Q4: Can you ship to a residential address internationally?
A4: For international orders, we strongly recommend shipping to a commercial address with a receiving dock. Residential delivery for large, palletized shipments often incurs substantial additional fees and complications.Q5: If I choose EXW, what documentation will you provide for my forwarder?
A5: We will provide all necessary documents for your forwarder to arrange pickup and export, including a commercial invoice, packing list, and the material safety data sheet if required.
