We operate our own CNC cutting machines and hot-press production lines. This means no outside contractor fees are added to your invoice. Every board is manufactured in-house, and the cost benefits remain with you — not with an external fabrication shop.

From each production line, we select 5 boards out of every 100 and run them through internal flame safety testing. A single failure halts the entire batch — full stoppage followed by complete retesting. No exceptions allowed.
