Shin-Etsu G-330 is a silicone-based grease formulated with mineral alkali thickeners and various additives. It not only has a wide temperature range but also excellent thermal oxidation stability and water resistance, mainly used for lubricating dynamic parts. This grease is suitable for various machine adjustments and operating parts, with its adhesive properties providing shock absorption, and a usage temperature range of -30°C to +150°C.
Product Special Attributes
The special attributes of Shin-Etsu G-330 lie in its superior heat and cold resistance. The silicone oil used as the base oil has a high drop point temperature, with minimal oil separation and evaporation. Additionally, it is resistant to moisture or humidity, with almost no internal changes even after prolonged immersion in water. This grease also has physiological inertness, making it highly safe for human use. In small quantities, the silicone can still perform effectively.
Application scenarios
Shin-Etsu G-330 is widely used in various industrial scenarios, including damping and lubrication for telescopes, microscopes, cameras, measuring instruments, household appliances, air conditioner control knobs, and audio equipment. It is also suitable for damping and lubrication in VCR disc buffer gear switch devices, as well as window buffering, potentiometers, tuners, capacitor main shaft fine-tuning. Additionally, it is used for damping and lubrication in various metal and plastic buffer hinge shaft sleeve parts.
