Q1. Can I order a sample of acoustic partition walls? Yes, we offer sample orders to test and verify quality. Mixed samples are available upon request. Q2. What is the lead time for orders? Samples take 3-5 days. For mass production, the lead time is 10-20 days for orders exceeding 300 square meters. Q3. Is there a minimum order quantity (MOQ) for partition walls? Our MOQ is 20 square meters due to the large size and volume of the partitions. Q4. How are samples shipped and what is the delivery time? Samples are typically shipped via DHL, UPS, FedEx, or TNT, taking 3-5 days for delivery. Air and sea shipping options are also available. Q5. Do you offer installation services? We provide an installation guide and usually send two technicians for on-site instruction. Customers are responsible for travel expenses, accommodation, and a daily fee of $120-200 per person. Q6. Can I have my logo printed on the packaging? Yes, logo printing is available. Please notify us before production and confirm the design with our sample. Q7. Do you provide a product warranty?
