Application Scenario
In a sulfuric acid dilution and transfer system, this valve, lined with PTFE, is used to precisely control the flow of concentrated acid. The lining and 360-degree PTFE seat are immune to acid attack. The automated actuation allows for precise, repeatable flow rates during the sensitive dilution process, while its fail-safe closed design ensures automatic isolation if power is lost.

Manufacturing Process
Specialized production lines handle exotic alloys and lining processes in a controlled environment. Lining application is done in a dedicated, clean room to ensure adhesion and integrity. Every valve, especially lined versions, undergoes a non-destructive electrical spark test to detect any pinholes in the lining before pressure testing.
Packaging & Shipping
Valves are meticulously cleaned and bagged in plastic. For lined valves, additional protective foam inserts are used to shield the lining. They are packed in wooden crates with prominent "Corrosive Service" and "Fragile Lining" markings. Desiccant is included to prevent condensation during transit.
