Application Scenario
In a yogurt production line, this valve is used to direct product flow between the fermentation tanks and the fruit mixer. Its sanitary design prevents contamination, and the smooth 360-degree seal ensures no product residue is left behind to spoil. During the daily CIP cycle, the valve is cycled open and closed by the automation system, allowing the caustic and acid wash to fully contact and clean all internal surfaces in place.

Factory Production Floor
Manufactured in a cleanroom-like environment. After machining, all components undergo a rigorous passivation and electropolishing process. Final assembly is performed by technicians wearing gloves and hairnets. Each valve is bagged in a clean polyethylene bag immediately after a final inspection and air purge to remove any particles.
Packing and Transportation
Valves are double-bagged in clean plastic. All open ports are sealed with sterile, disposable sanitary caps. They are packed in single-use cardboard boxes with cleanroom-compliant packaging materials. Pallets are shrink-wrapped to protect against dust and moisture during shipping.
