BOPP Thermal Laminating Film is BOPP material film coated with EVA glue, available in thicknesses from 15mic to 30mic. Standard roll widths range from 180mm to 1880mm with lengths from 300m to 6000m. Available with paper cores of 1 inch (25.4mm) and 3 inch (76mm).
Widely used for laminating with paper for packing and printing applications. Features high transparency and excellent rewinding. Single or double sides corona treatment available, up to 42 dynes.

Generally used by printing houses for commercial and school printings, and for graphic arts large format. The transparent film lamination, bright/shine/glossy or matte/dull, is heated as protection on paper covers. Sometimes called paper lamination film used by heating EVA adhesive glue into paper substrates.
Lamination process joins two or more layers to protect prints. Requires a hot laminator (thermal/heat/dry lamination roller machine) to melt EVA adhesive onto paper surface. During the process, film passes over a heated roller and sticks to paper under reasonable pressure. This easy process can be done at home for small applications. Also called heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
