Pouch laminating film is a pre-laminated material used as a protective layer for paper materials or photos. It consists of polyester film coated with hot melt EVA adhesive in advance, which bonds to paper material during the laminating process.
Pouch laminating film is ideal for creating simple and smaller laminates such as ID cards, tags, and small paper materials. The lamination width is limited to pouch laminators, making this solution particularly useful in offices and home environments.
Laminating equipment for pouches is user-friendly and requires no special training. The heat-sensitive laminating film passes through heated rollers, where temperature and pressure combine to create strong bonding strength. Both pressure and temperature contribute to the final laminate quality.

Pricing varies based on type (glossy/matte), thickness, size, and quantity. Example pricing for glossy PET pouch laminating film (125 micron × A4): FOB Shanghai USD 3.794-4.095 per box.
Testing samples are available free of charge. Standard samples are typically 125/150 micron × A4 size, with custom dimensions available upon request. Freight costs are paid by the customer and refunded upon first order placement.
