Customized thickness composition and colors available
Offset Printing Thermal Metalized Polyester Film is a new product developed to meet customer demand for printing with offset printing machines. This chemical film features a corona value of approximately 52 dynes, higher than normal types.
When laminated with paper, it produces an aluminum paper-like appearance. It is used for laminating daily consumable packaging boxes for groceries, medicines, wine, and other products.
Available in various metallic colors including Silver, Gold, and other custom colors (available in both gloss and matte finishes).
Thermal Metalized Polyester Film consists of Metalized Polyester Film and EVA Glue, with thickness ranging from 17 micron to 25 micron, primarily at 24 micron (12MPET + 12EVA).
This film provides strong adhesion, perfect surface tension, and excellent rewinding, with double sides corona treatment valued above 52 dynes.
There are two types of Metalized Thermal Lamination Film: chemical and corona treated metalized thermal lamination film for offset printing, and corona treated metalized thermal lamination film.

Samples for testing are free. Normal dimension is 300mm × 100m. Customized width and length available upon request.
The MOQ is 2 tons. Pricing is based primarily on quantity.
Price is negotiable according to quantity and color. For 2 tons: FOB USD 3.2-5.5/KG. For 20ft container: FOB USD 2.79-5.3/KG.
30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept T/T and L/C payments. Supported currencies: USD, CNY, CAD, HKD, etc.
25 days delivery lead time normally. 20 days delivery lead time for 40ft container specifically.
6-month warranty. In case of any quality problems, you will receive equivalent compensation.
