BOPP Anti-scratch thermal lamination film are available in glossy and matte finishes. The matte film performs well on UV varnish and hot stamping. 27mic (18BOPP+9EVA) is the normal thickness, used for prints protection by laminating the film on the substrates of prints. It is especially designed for high quality media, presenting a semi-matte surface on the outside that gives the film a pleasant touch and enhances the image of laminated products.
As the name suggests, this film is scratch resistant due to special chemical treatment on the BOPP base film. The film is extrusion-coated with EVA on one side, providing support for heat lamination.
Anti-scratch Thermal Laminating Film is especially designed for high quality media, presenting a semi-matte surface on one side that gives the film a pleasant touch and enhances the image of laminated products.
