Price is negotiable according to quantity. For 20,000 square meters, the FOB price is USD 0.296-0.427/sqm. For 20FCL container, the FOB price is USD 0.358-0.376/sqm.
30% deposit and 70% balance. We accept payment terms of T/T and L/C. Supported currencies: USD, CNY, CAD, HKD, etc.
