Metalized Thermal Laminating Film is primarily composed of BOPP/PET + EVA layers. Using an extrusion coating process, these two layers are combined to create a film where one side retains the properties of BOPP/PET film while the other side becomes a heat-sensitive surface used for dry lamination.
The standard thickness for BOPP metalized lamination film is 28 micron, consisting of 18 micron BOPP metalized film and 10 micron EVA adhesion. PET metalized lamination film typically measures 22 micron, combining 12 micron metalized PET film with 10 micron EVA adhesion.

Metalized Thermal Laminating Film requires a laminating machine (hot laminator) to melt the EVA layer onto substrates such as paper. During the process, the film passes over a heated roller and, under appropriate pressure, adheres to the paper.
