Very Thin Thickness Thermal Lamination Film, 12micron PET Lamination Film
We produce thermal lamination film as thin as 12micron, made of 6micron PET + 6micron EVA. This PET (polyester) thermal lamination film yields 71,225m²/kg, making it significantly more economical than BOPP Thermal Lamination Film with approximately 9% price difference.
Additionally, PET thermal lamination film offers superior transparency and clarity compared to BOPP Film, making it the obvious better choice for thermal lamination applications.
Other available thicknesses include 14micron (8PET+6EVA), 16micron (10PET+6EVA), 18micron (12PET+6EVA), and 22micron (12PET+10EVA).

Thermal lamination film is produced by multi extrusion coating lines and consists of two layers: PET film and EVA adhesive glue. Also known as dry, hot, or heat lamination film.

The lamination process joins two or more layers to protect prints. A hot laminator (thermal/heat/dry lamination roller machine) is used to melt the EVA adhesive onto paper surfaces. The film passes over a heated roller and sticks to the paper under reasonable pressure. This easy process can be done at home for small applications. Also referred to as heat lamination, dry lamination, or hot lamination.
