BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is a specialized plastic film designed for paper lamination applications. It consists of BOPP film as the base material layer and EVA as the heat-sensitive adhesive layer. These two layers are coated using high-speed co-extrusion laminating technology.
Primarily used by printing houses for commercial and educational printing applications, BOPP Thermal Lamination Film is also suitable for graphic arts and large-format printing. The transparent film lamination, available in bright/shiny/glossy or matte/dull finishes, provides protective coverage for paper surfaces through heat-activated EVA adhesive bonding.

This requires a hot laminator or thermal lamination roller machine to melt the EVA adhesive, bonding the BOPP layer to the paper surface.
