Leling Tongda 9ydb-0.7 intelligent baling and coating machine is a real intelligent full-automatic bundling and coating machine for corn straw, wheat straw, alfalfa, sugarcane tail leaf, sweet potato vine, reed and bean seedling. In the whole process of baling and coating, only one person is required to feed or cooperate with the automatic feeding of the distribution bin: the intelligent automatic bundling and coating machine is composed of four parts: conveyor belt, baler, coating machine and film wrapping rotating frame. The fixed bin is automatically fed to the conveyor belt or kneading and distributing bin by manual work at the front of the machine or loader. When the bales are full in the bin, the alarm light above the machine will flash Warning, the machine starts to automatically send the net and bind. After winding the net, the grass net will be cut off automatically. The machine will automatically open the warehouse to release the bales. The bales will be automatically transported to the coating frame. At this moment, the machine will automatically start to rotate. The rotating frame will drive the bales to rotate. The grass film will gradually wrap outside the bales. The bales will run along with the rotating frame. When the coating reaches the set number of layers, the rotating frame will be in the predetermined range When the position stops, the wrapping machine will automatically drop the bales, and the bales will fall into the prepared trolley automatically and push them away and put them in order.
