1.The wheel body can be made from aluminum alloy or cast iron. It is also temperature resistant, with a range from -25℃ to +70℃ and even short-term a tolerance of +90℃. It also includes an anti-static version for certain applications.
2.Polyurethane elastomer is a special material that has been developed for the AGV logistics vehicle application. It has a hardness of 90° Shore A, resulting in both strong operating comfort, as well as low rolling resistance and low walking noise.
3.The elastomer offers protection to the ground, excellent wear resistance, cutting resistance, and high tear strength. Lastly, it gives excellent combination with wheel body, without leaving any traces, chips, or staining.
4.The tread, made from high-quality polyurethane, has a hardness of 93 Shore A. It has low rolling resistance, high wear resistance, cut resistance, and high tear strength. Additionally, no traces, chips, or staining is left when used in combination with the wheel core. The wheel body is made from die-cast aluminum alloy, painted with silver color. It also offers resistance to a variety of corrosive substances.
