Precision manufacturing, optics assembly and medical production areas impose two constraints that general-purpose industrial vehicles handle badly: airborne particulate and floor finish. Tyre scrub, brake dust and abrupt acceleration are all unacceptable, and the corridors between benches are usually narrow enough that conventional vehicles cannot turn at all.
This 12 inch Mecanum wheel chassis addresses both. The rated total load is 3,000 kg, the drive units are sealed, and torque is applied progressively so that loads start and stop without jerking. All-directional motion means the vehicle never needs a turning arc between benches.

In controlled areas the vehicle is usually commissioned with reduced maximum speed and short deceleration ramps, because transfer quality matters more than cycle time. Routes are taught with the pendant during qualification, then replayed automatically once the process is frozen. Because navigation and routing live in software, later bench relocations do not require floor work or new hardware.
Controlled-environment buyers normally ask for more than a datasheet. Orders can include material declarations for the roller compounds, a list of lubricants used in the drive units, cleaning guidance for the deck surfaces, and a commissioning record signed at handover. Supply formats include the complete vehicle, a chassis for in-house superstructure work, and a wheel kit for customers who already operate a compatible frame. Capacity runs from 100 kg to 5,000 kg, and 3,000 kg is covered by this 12 inch build. OEM and ODM arrangements are available where the platform becomes part of a partner product.
