This arrangement permits the use of medium and coarse CD yarns on the wear side, boosting durability and stability. Two MD thread systems provide excellent cross‑directional stability, reducing fabric distortion. The open weave structure not only enables high dewatering rates but also allows easy showering, making this fabric a reliable choice for paper machines requiring extended running time.
