The AiLF A20 is a vehicle-based laser gas detection system designed for real-time inspection of natural gas distribution networks and industrial facilities. Based on TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy), the system continuously detects methane while recording inspection routes, gas concentrations, anomaly alerts, and imaging data.
The A20 provides a real-time geographic gas map, allowing operators to view vehicle position, detected gas concentrations, and abnormal events in one interface. Its drive-through inspection capability enables gas surveys without repeatedly stopping or parking, improving the efficiency of large-area pipeline inspections.
The system combines a methane/ethane analyzer, high-precision positioning, panoramic imaging, environmental sensing, and leak detection software. An AI-based false-alarm filtering algorithm helps reduce false alerts, while continuous historical data supports leak risk assessment and inspection review.
The A20 is suitable for natural gas pipeline inspection, gas distribution networks, refineries, petrochemical facilities, landfill monitoring, and underground storage infrastructure.
