Product Introduction
The AiLF A20 is a vehicle-based natural gas leak inspection system designed for efficient methane detection across gas distribution networks. Based on TDLAS (Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy), the system detects methane while continuously recording the inspection route, gas concentration, anomaly alerts, and other field data.
The A20 combines a methane/ethane analyzer, high-precision positioning module, panoramic imaging, environmental sensing, and proprietary leak detection software. Its real-time geographic information map displays the vehicle location and detected gas concentration, helping operators quickly identify and review potential leakage areas.
Mobile Inspection with Real-Time Mapping
The A20 enables continuous vehicle-based inspection without stopping, while detection data and route information are recorded throughout the survey. Users can view gas concentration, inspection paths, and anomaly information on a real-time digital map, providing a clear overview of the inspected area.
TDLAS Methane Detection
The A20 uses TDLAS technology for methane detection at the characteristic wavelength of 1.65 μm. The laser-based measurement method is designed for methane-specific detection with no relevant cross-sensitivity to common atmospheric gases such as vehicle exhaust gases, according to the supplied product information.
AI-Assisted Leak Detection
