Engineered for continuous non-stop pipeline screening, the system integrates high-precision GNSS positioning, multi-sensor environmental integration, and panoramic AI optical imaging. As the inspection vehicle drives along the survey path, onboard smart algorithms process concentration spikes, route geometry, and live imagery simultaneously. An integrated AI filtering algorithm isolates false positives caused by organic waste or transient vehicle emissions, ensuring that ground crews respond only to actionable natural gas threats.
The system automatically generates digital breadcrumb trails and spatial heatmaps in real time. By mapping methane concentrations directly onto interactive GIS layers, asset managers gain complete visual tracking of risk profiles, automated route planning, and full historical auditing to simplify regulatory compliance and optimize pipeline maintenance operations.
