The AiLF portable TDLAS gas detector is designed for fast and sensitive measurement of methane (CH₄) and ethane (C₂H₆) during natural gas leak inspection. Using Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), the detector provides rapid gas measurement and supports field identification of potential natural gas leaks.
The laser-based detection technology is designed to identify low concentrations of methane and ethane, providing sensitive measurement for leak inspection and gas monitoring applications. By analyzing both gases, operators can obtain additional information about gas composition when assessing a suspected natural gas leak.
The rechargeable design supports repeated field use without relying on a fixed power source. Its portable form factor allows operators to carry the detector between inspection points for natural gas infrastructure and industrial gas monitoring.
With WiFi connectivity, the detector can support wireless data communication for inspection and monitoring workflows. Gas measurement results can be transferred for digital analysis, record keeping, and integration with connected inspection systems.
The detector measures methane and ethane and provides concentration information that can be used to compare gas composition. This can help operators assess whether an observed gas signal may be associated with natural gas.
