High-sensitivity methane and ethane measurement for portable, vehicle-mounted, and last-mile gas leak inspection.
The AiLF G20 uses laser absorption spectroscopy to measure methane and ethane at ppb-level resolution, providing fast gas concentration data for natural gas leak identification and field inspection.
With a compact portable design and more than 8 hours of battery operation, the G20 is suitable for mobile gas leak surveys. It can be used with a handheld probe for field inspection or installed on a small, slow-moving vehicle through the V-Dock system.
When vehicle-mounted, the G20 provides an efficient solution for inspecting areas that are difficult to cover with conventional inspection vehicles, including residential communities, courtyards, and last-mile gas distribution pipelines. It can also serve as a complementary inspection device for the A20 system.
The G20 integrates an AI-based spatiotemporal false-alarm filtering algorithm to reduce false alarms and improve the relationship between detected alarm events and potential leak locations. This supports more reliable gas leak inspection results in complex field environments.
The G20 and its docking station use a snap-fit connection for quick installation and removal, allowing the same detector to be used for both portable and vehicle-mounted inspections. Data can be connected through Bluetooth and ADA software for inspection and data management.
The G20 is suitable for natural gas pipeline inspection, last-mile gas distribution surveys, residential gas infrastructure inspection, storage facilities, refineries, chemical plants, and environmental monitoring.
