P20 Pan-Tilt TDLAS Methane Monitoring System for 24/7 Gas Leak Detection
The AiLF P20 is a pan-tilt TDLAS methane monitoring system designed for 24/7 continuous gas leak detection in oil & gas and other industrial facilities. Using laser-based methane measurement, the P20 remotely monitors designated areas or inspection routes and provides continuous detection of methane (CH₄). Its automated pan-tilt scanning system supports 360° azimuth and ±90° elevation, while integrated detection, alarm, and tracking functions enable efficient unattended monitoring. With 20 W power consumption, IP68 protection, ATEX-rated explosion protection, and a stainless-steel housing, the P20 is designed for long-term outdoor deployment and can support solar power and 5G-connected remote monitoring. Typical applications include natural gas pipelines, gas storage facilities, oil & gas processing plants, chemical facilities, energy infrastructure, and biogas systems.
