The AiLF G10E is an ATEX-certified portable TDLAS gas detector designed for methane and ethane leak detection in hazardous and industrial environments. Using Tunable Diode Laser Spectroscopy (TDLS), the G10E provides fast, selective measurement of methane (CH₄) and ethane (C₂H₆) for real-time field inspection.
The G10E provides direct concentration readings, allowing operators to monitor methane and ethane levels during inspection. The measured gas concentrations can be compared to help assess gas composition and identify potential natural gas leaks.
By measuring methane and ethane simultaneously, the G10E provides more information than a methane-only detector. The relationship between the two gas concentrations can help operators determine whether a detected gas source may be associated with natural gas.
Designed as a portable field instrument, the G10E supports gas leak inspection in pipelines, storage facilities, refineries, chemical plants, and other industrial locations where explosion-protected equipment is required.
The TDLAS laser detection method can be used for remote gas sensing, allowing operators to assess suspected leak areas without relying solely on direct contact measurement. This is useful when inspection points are difficult to access or may present potential hazards.
Laser-based measurement provides rapid feedback during inspection, helping operators quickly locate abnormal gas signals and perform follow-up checks. The portable design is suited to routine inspection, maintenance, and leak verification tasks.
The G10E is suitable for natural gas pipeline leak detection, gas storage facilities, refinery and petrochemical inspection, chemical plant monitoring, and environmental gas measurement.
