Product Introduction
The AiLF G10 is a portable TDLAS natural gas leak detection system designed for professional field inspection of methane leaks. It combines laser-based methane detection with a practical gas sampling system, providing fast and quantitative measurements for pipelines, industrial facilities, storage areas, and other natural gas infrastructure.
The G10 integrates a high-flow gas pump and efficient filtering system to support stable sampling during field inspection. The detector can be used with a sampling probe or trolley-based setup, allowing operators to adapt the inspection method to different environments.
The G10 supports full-range concentration readings in ppm, %LEL, and %VOL, allowing the same instrument to be used for different methane inspection requirements and concentration levels.
Using Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), the G10 provides selective methane measurement with a response time of 0.1 s. The laser-based method supports quantitative leak detection and helps operators obtain measurement results quickly during field surveys.
The G10 can be used as a handheld detector or integrated with a trolley or electric bicycle, making it suitable for larger-area inspection and mobile gas leak surveys. This flexible configuration supports both stationary checks and continuous field movement.
The G10 is designed for professional inspection workflows where fast sampling, quantitative methane measurement, and flexible deployment are required. It can be used across natural gas infrastructure, industrial sites, and environmental monitoring applications.
