Some specialized industries (such as food processing, electroforging, spraying, packaging and printing, chemical industry, and slaughtering) require hot water exceeding 55°C. The Leomon series of heat pump units, with a maximum temperature of 80°C, can provide water temperatures up to 80°C, covering most boiler applications and successfully replacing coal, oil, gas, and electric boilers.
Applications: Heat recovery in hotels, food processing and pharmaceutical industries, energy supply, and data centers; hot water applications in hospitals, nursing homes, and other places with extremely high hygiene requirements; combination of pressurized solution and low-temperature heating.

Features:
1. High-efficiency, fully hermetically sealed Copeland scroll compressor.
2. R134A or R417A refrigerant.
3. Added aluminum heat exchanger with blue fins.

6. Equipped with a high-efficiency tank heat exchanger on the water side.
7. Automatic antifreeze and defrost functions.
8. Comprehensive protection functions including high pressure, low pressure, overheat, overload, antifreeze, phase sequence, and exhaust temperature.
9. Each unit undergoes routine and operational testing before factory packaging.
Advantages
1. Compressor
Our large heat pumps use Copeland scroll compressors (USA), while small heat pumps use compressors, specifically designed for heat pumps with high efficiency.
2. Electrical Control System
Through project control functions, the circulating pump, water compensation, water supply, auxiliary electric heating, and PID automatic defrost can be easily controlled. Users can set different parameters according to different project requirements and achieve automation of the entire system.
3. Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchanger
The heat pump utilizes a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger, with a heat exchange area 3.7 times that of bare tubes. Its unique design and compact spiral structure ensure sufficient heat exchange of the refrigerant.
4. Electronic Expansion Valve
We use Sanhua brand expansion valves and, combined with our company's control system, have developed a special electronic expansion controller. This controller uses digital technology to adjust the refrigerant based on temperature factors to achieve optimal flow performance and a higher COP value.
