This is achieved through the use of specialized heat pump compressors and intelligent temperature control systems. The integration of an inverter control system further enhances stability during high-temperature operation while improving energy efficiency and environmental friendliness.
Our high-temperature heat pumps are suitable for residential hot water and space heating applications. They also serve specialized industries—such as food processing, electric forging, spray coating, packaging and printing, chemical manufacturing, and slaughtering—that require hot water temperatures exceeding 55°C.

Advantages
1. Compressor
Our large-scale heat pumps utilize American Copeland scroll compressors, while smaller models use compressors; both are specifically designed for heat pump applications and deliver high operating efficiency.
2. Electrical Control System
The control system manages circulation pumps, water make-up, water supply, auxiliary electric heating, and PID-based automatic defrosting. Users can configure parameters to meet specific project requirements and achieve full system automation.
3. Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchanger
The heat pump employs a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger with a heat transfer surface area 3.7 times that of bare-tube designs; its unique configuration and compact spiral structure ensure optimal heat exchange for the refrigerant.
4. Electronic Expansion Valve
We utilize Sanhua expansion valves in conjunction with our proprietary control system to develop a specialized electronic expansion controller. This system employs digital technology to adjust refrigerant flow based on temperature, ensuring optimal flow rates and achieving a higher COP.
