This high-temperature DC inverter heat pump water heater utilizes a dual-compressor, two-stage cascade operation system to produce hot water. It perfectly combines the excellent low-temperature performance of R410A refrigerant with the high-temperature characteristics of R134a.
The first stage features a Mitsubishi R410A DC inverter compressor that adjusts its speed based on operating conditions and ambient temperatures, providing stable working conditions for the second stage. The second-stage R134a compressor then generates hot water at 90°C. The outlet water temperature can be set between 55°C and 90°C according to user requirements.
Applications: This high-temperature heat pump water heater meets heating needs across various sectors, including agricultural and by-product processing, beverage processing, electroplating and dyeing, textile processing, drying, disinfection, and oil drilling.

1. Compressors
Our large-scale heat pumps utilize US-made Copeland scroll compressors, while small-scale models use compressors; both are specifically designed for heat pump applications and offer high operating efficiency.
2. Electrical Control System
The control system enables easy management of circulation pumps, water make-up, water supply, auxiliary electric heating, and PID-based automatic defrosting. Users can configure parameters to meet specific project requirements and achieve full system automation.
3. Shell-and-Tube Heat Exchanger
The heat pump utilizes a high-efficiency shell-and-tube heat exchanger with a heat transfer surface area 3.7 times that of bare-tube designs; its unique configuration and compact spiral structure ensure optimal heat exchange for the refrigerant.
4. Electronic Expansion Valve
We employ Sanhua expansion valves integrated with our proprietary control system to create a specialized electronic expansion control unit. This system uses digital technology to adjust refrigerant flow based on temperature, ensuring optimal flow rates and achieving a higher COP.
