Item Description : 

 

We used the newest European technologys and the customers' feedback for the HF1843 construction. This equipmetn is a mixture of the best from imported and local manufacture .The engine could be imported ISUZU, Yaman (Japan, Euro III standart) or  can be provided by the local manufacture JMC.The transmission is also from Japan (Okamura), USA and Italy (PST2). The whole unit is using electromagnetic valve control hydraulic system with midship structure design. We use our own design with the boom located at the middle, which make the whole structure stable. Such packaging arrangement is making the belt running smoothly. Also it makes operation and maintenance more easy. This equipment is suitable for all known types of aircrafts.

Transmission: Japanese brand and Italy brand or US brand automatic gearbox
Front Axle: Forcibly placed swerve bridge with capacity  2700 kg
Rear Axle: HF130 forcibly placedwith capacity 3000 kg.
Foot Brake: The front wheel adpots hydraulic disc brake, the rear wheel drum brake
Hand brake: the rear wheel with drum brake, which equiped by the driver's seat. Connectd by the steel rope.
Hydraulic system: Gear wheel hydraulic pump can provide 32 liters runoff per min. Max working pressure 16 Mpa.
Steering system: fully hydraulci pump turning system.
Standard lighting system: Head lamp, rear lamp, direction lamp, waringlamp, working lamp, side lamp and so on .
Diesel Volume:  100-120 L
Hydraulic Oil Volume: 80-100 L
Tyres: The specs 700-15. One unit can bear 1350 kg, the pressure is 600 kpa.
Deshboard: Oil volume temer, hour meter thermomter, warning lights, oil pressure and temperature warning lights.
Control System: In order to make the operation more easy, all controllers are provided with electromagnetic valve. The running of the belt is driven by hydraulic motor. Front and rear unilateral oil pressusre vats rise and decent. High-strength C-type steel frame is controlling the height of the conveyor rack. Standard type special balancing valve is used to prevent the weighing luggages falling.
