Silent centrifugal fan
Adopts the advanced centrifugal fan, which has large cooling air volume, low noise, stable and uniform air pressure, which makes full use of the heat dissipation area of the cooler, and greatly reduces the noise of the air compressor by 6-8dB.
Efficient after cooler
The cooler adopts a new type of threaded finned tube shell-and-tube heat exchanger, and the compressed air goes inside the tube. The advantages are as follows: a. The compressed air goes through the tube, which improves the pressure bearing capacity compared with the outer finned tube.
Independent air intake ensures that the intake air temperature is equal to the ambient temperature. Large-capacity air filter is used to achieve better filtering effect, lower intake pressure loss, and energy saving and high efficiency. Maintenance and replacement are more convenient.

When multiple units are connected in parallel to form a central air station, the system utilizes advanced control algorithms to smartly coordinate the start, stop, and load of each 160 kW unit based on real-time pressure fluctuations in the main plant network. Paired with the premium base efficiency of its two-stage compression and IE3 motor, the group control ensures the entire air station always operates on the optimal energy efficiency curve, avoiding energy waste caused by frequent unloading of large machines.
The AIRERA 160 kW model is equipped with a highly advanced internal multi-stage oil-gas separation system. Thanks to the low discharge temperature of two-stage compression, the lubricating oil is less prone to vaporization, resulting in more thorough physical separation during the primary stage. Moving through high-precision oil separator elements, the residual oil content in the final discharged compressed air is kept at an absolute minimum. This not only extends the lifespan of downstream precision filtration and drying equipment but also provides a stable, pure, and uninterrupted quality air supply for automated production lines plant-wide.
