With a larger flow rate of 3.8Nm³/min, how is the contact time of compressed air inside the dryer guaranteed? How do you prevent the airflow from fluidizing the desiccant or causing dew point spikes?

AIRERA has implemented strict fluid dynamics geometric optimization for the 3.8Nm³/min adsorption towers. The tower body expands the flow channel cross-section, significantly reducing the linear velocity of the gas as it passes through the desiccant bed, which ensures sufficient contact time (well above the critical adsorption threshold). Additionally, stainless steel airflow diffusers and heavy-duty retention grids are installed at the top and bottom of the towers to distribute airflow uniformly, completely preventing desiccant fluidization, rubbing, or powdering, and securing a long-term stable -40°C dew point.

If the air discharged from the upstream air compressor contains trace oil mist, how will this AIRERA desiccant dryer be affected? How should users configure protection accordingly?

Liquid oil or oil mist can "poison" and contaminate the micropores of the desiccant, causing it to lose its moisture adsorption capability.
