Product Introduction
Softwall clean room booth is a simplified clean room that provides local air purification equipment to create high-clean environments. It is the most quickly and easily created clean room solution. The laminar flow booth mainly consists of cabinet, fan, prefilter and HEPA filter, damping layer, lamps, and other components. It can be suspended or ground-supported, featuring compact structure and easy operation. Can be used singly or connected in multiple units to form banded clean areas.

Food industry, aerospace, life sciences, biotechnology, medical devices, plastic injection module, electronics assembly, and hospital pharmacy.
Operating Features
The ceiling enables flexible placement of fan filter unit, with empty bays covered by powder coated steel panels
Construction utilizes full welded, reinforced, steel tubular sections with abrasion-resistance oven-baked powder coat finish, free-standing without requiring ceiling supports
PVC anti-static curtain door allows easy passage of material and personnel, terminated above floor to allow clean air exhaust
Control box enables rapid startup of fan filter unit and lighting
Energy efficient external rotor motor design reduces operating costs with low noise and vibration levels
High quality mini-pleats HEPA filter utilizes improved mini-pleated separation technique to maximize surface area, improving efficiency and extending filter life
