Controlling the ingress of particulate contamination into cleanrooms and other controlled environments is paramount in order to maintain the integrity of products and processes. Personnel traffic is the most
important factor which must be controlled. KELING cleanroom Pass Boxes and Transfer Hatches are an effective solution as they allow materials to be transferred into the controlled environment without actual personnel movement. They may also be used to protect the external environment from egress of contamination,for example, in biological safety laboratory applications.

 Cleanroom Pass Box can be installed in a number of ways:

 cleanroom pass box is depending on the wall or door that will support them. The ordering chart indicates the cut-out size necessary to support each model size (simply add 13 mm to the box width and height).

KEING offers  mounting brackets and hardware to ensure secure mounting.  In most cases,a bracket kit provides ample support. Models are available for either wall mounting (at a convenient standing height)

or floor mounting (to allow passage of carts and other equipment along the floor).

Select support brackets for 914 mm wall-mount models.

Note: Brackets are mounted to allow chambers to protrude  51 mm on the cleanroom side (specify other desired position).

Standard cleanroom pass box mounting
All models include mounting brackets (stainless or powder-coated steel). All brackets require  6 mm clearance between the wall cut-out and the pass-through. Standard mounting is 51 mm from the front of the cleanroom side (specify other desired location). For electropolishing, 

Factory test: 
 
All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.
Factory test include:
--functional test and visual inspection
--electrical safety tests
--air velocity testing
--purification rank test (if need) 
 
 
Warranty:
 
Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.
All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
Additional IO/OQ/GMP document is available upon request.

Consumable parts illustration:
 
1: Pre-filter: each one should be replacement in each 6 month, but it can refresh no more three times.
