Shutter Door Description:
Air shower or cargo air shower is a device installed at an entrance such as a clean room.
When a person or an object enters the clean room filled with clean air from the outside, it is necessary to clean so as not to introduce contaminants such as dust together. For this reason, a small room partitioned by a double door is provided between the inside of the clean room and the outside, and clean air is blown on the object that has entered to remove dust.
An air filter and a blower are installed in the air shower, and clean air with a wind speed of about 20-25 m / s is blown through the air outlet of the wall.
In order to avoid mixing of air inside and outside the clean room, double doors are designed not to open simultaneously by interlock except in emergency.
In addition, when installing as a dust remover of high concentration dust as installing countermeasures for asbestos removal and as dioxin countermeasure, it is a floor suction type, one with strong wind speed as much as possible, compressed air comes out with a compressor (with air gun, with pulse air etc.) It is safe to take measures against exposure by choosing a powerful type of dust removal capability for the entire work clothes.
