SUS304 Steel Cleanroom Air Shower For Pharmaceutical Instrument/Industry
Description
1.The air shower wind leaching room is the purification equipment applying to medicine, health, food processing, precise instrument, instrument, aviation and other industry.
2. It is mainly used for blowing with clean air to remove the dust, hair and other impurities on the surface of clothes through the filter and avoiding the bacteria on the impurities are brought into the shop by the operators.
3.the machine adopts the air-condition fan for air supply which has stable operation;
the air outlet is flexible and can be adjusted in any angle; the machine has low air pressure, large air capacity, small noise, low consumption and comfortable feelings.
4.This equipment has reasonable structure which is assembled by sections. Customers can lengthen or shorten the machine according to their requirem.
5.The machine can be turned into automatic door and manual door.The special sizes and requirements can be produced according to the customer's demand.
Material Instructions
1.Outer casing material: Outer wall is cold-rolled steel plate (electrostatic spray and surface powder) with matte white; the internal wall is made of stainless steel sheet; the floor is laid with stainless steel plate; the entrance and exit are equipped with stainless steel single door separately. The whole cabinet is equipped with OPEL door closer which is imported from Germany.
2.Control system: Adopt full-computer voice control system. The doors work under electronic interlock (if one doors is open, the other one will be locked). Air blowing works automatically with OMRON Infrared Sensor. The blowing time is controlled by LED time counter, adjustable from 0s to 99s.
3.Blowing way: Both doors are closed when blows; stainless steel nozzles; air outlet velocity ≥25m/s.
4.The fan: Specified centrifugal fan; power: 380V/50HZ.
5.Filtration system: Mini-pleat HEPA filter work together with primary efficiency panel filter, overall efficiency reaches 99.99%@0.3um.
6.Lighting: Small round LED energy saving lamp.
