Product Overview
38kw Custom Heat Pump outdoor unit designed for marine environments with exceptional longevity and reliability.
Meidibao air source heat pump system is powered by ambient air and operates continuously, providing hot water throughout the year regardless of weather conditions. The operating cost is 67% less than gas water heaters, 75% less than electric water heaters, and 60% less than boilers. Intelligent microcomputer control automatically operates based on water temperature and usage patterns, eliminating the need for manual supervision.
Key Features
Compressor: World-famous brand rotary type or fully enclosed vortex compressor with low noise, low vibration, high efficiency, and long service life. Multiple compressor units feature automatic unloading at partial load for energy savings and reduced startup frequency.
Water Side Heat Exchanger: High-efficiency shell tube or threaded casing heat exchanger with compact design, lightweight construction, easy disassembly, convective heat conduction, and maximum working pressure of 45kgf/cm². Insulated with 10mm PE to prevent energy loss.
Air Side Heat Exchanger: Integral hydrophilic finned inner threaded tube design with large windward area, high heat transfer efficiency, oxidation and corrosion resistance. Hydrophilic fins minimize condensation and frosting, ensuring reliable heating capacity in cold winter conditions.
Low Noise Fan: Domestic famous brand motor with axial impeller design, heat-resistant bearings requiring no oil injection maintenance, anti-aging blades that resist deformation. Fans undergo strict static balance experiments for optimal performance.
Housing Materials: External sheet metal made of galvanized steel with pre-treatment including rust removal, cleaning, and drying. Electrostatic spraying provides beautiful, durable finish on all surfaces.
