The JKD-517 is a battery powered smoke detector designed for reliable residential fire protection. Powered by two replaceable 1.5V AA batteries, it operates independently without mains electricity, making it suitable for homes, apartments and renovation projects where wiring is not practical.
The detector incorporates a photoelectric reflection sensor that continuously monitors for smoke particles. When smoke reaches the specified sensitivity level, the detector activates an audible alarm of at least 85dB at 3 metres, helping occupants respond quickly to a potential fire.
Manufactured according to EN14604:2005/AC:2008, the JKD-517 is suitable for wholesalers, distributors, retailers and OEM customers supplying residential fire safety products.
