The JKD-516 is a battery-powered optical smoke alarm developed for residential fire safety applications. Using a photoelectric reflection sensor, it is designed to detect visible smoke particles generated during many common household fires and provide an early audible warning to occupants.
Powered by two replaceable 1.5V AA batteries, the detector operates independently without mains electricity or wireless connectivity, making it suitable for both new installations and replacement projects.
