Aplication:
C&C series capsule polisher is a kind of capsulepolisher with function of sorter as well. It plays the function of not only the polishing for capsule and tablet but eliminating static electricity. It can also automatically reject low weight capsule; loose piece and fragments of capsules. It is suitable for all sizes of capsules without the need to change parts.
Characteristics:
  1. The height and angle can be adjusted to fit into any chute of the capsule filling machines and tablet presses.
  2. Automatically reject low weight, fragmented, and empty capsules.
  3. New type net cylinder ensures no jammed capsules during operations.
  4. The capsules are not directly contacted with the metal net to protect the printed capsules effectively.
  5. The type of brush is easy to change and it is durable.
  6. Excellent design for quick cleaning and maintaining.
  7. The three phase motor is controlled by a frequency converter, which is great for continuous long hours of operations.
