Prefabricated-fabric OEM Alloy cross weld tee
Spanning tee is a kind of tee, and it is also a kind of prefabricated direct-buried thermal insulation pipe fittings. It is a product of branch pipe branching to avoid adjacent parallel pipes and increasing the size and structure of branch pipes.
Components: 1 Steel pipe part Tee 45° elbow to take over
2 Polyurethane rigid foam insulation layer
3 High-density polyethylene outer protective layer
Spanning tee is used to increase the elevation of branch pipes and to cross pipelines or obstacles. It is generally used in conjunction with flat tee and Z-type spanning pipe. The spanning tee is reinforced according to the pipe diameter. When the applicable pressure of the crossing tee reaches PN2.5, the seamless steel pipe can be used for direct connection. When the welded steel pipe is used, reinforcement should be considered. The general reinforcement method is single reinforcement. The diameter of the reinforcement is 1.5 times the wall thickness of the tee branch.
