The Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) technique guarantees a strong and consistent weld seam, enhancing overall structural integrity.
The advanced coating system includes 3PP Coated Steel Pipe and Liquid Epoxy Coated Pipe options. The 3PP (Three-Layer Polypropylene) coating provides exceptional corrosion resistance for harsh environments, combining fusion-bonded epoxy with a polypropylene outer layer for both chemical resistance and physical robustness.
Internally coated variants protect the inner surface from corrosion and abrasion, reducing friction and preventing deposit buildup that can impair flow efficiency. This is particularly beneficial for pipelines transporting aggressive fluids or operating under high-pressure conditions.
