Manufacturing Process
Hot-dip Galvanizing: Also known as hot-dip galvanizing, this process involves pickling ordinary steel brackets to remove surface impurities like iron oxide, then immersing them in a zinc pot for galvanizing. Under high temperature, the zinc liquid reacts with the steel surface to form a zinc-iron alloy layer with a pure zinc layer attached.
Common Materials: Carbon steel (such as Q235 steel) is typically used as the base material, providing excellent strength and toughness to meet mechanical requirements for pipeline support. Some applications use stainless steel for hot-dip galvanizing to further enhance corrosion resistance in demanding environments.
