Heat Resistance alloy Nichrome wire NiCr8020/NiCr7030/NiCr3520NiCr80/20 flat wire is manufactured from nickel chromium resistance alloy and features excellent oxidation resistance, stable electrical properties and reliable high temperature performance. Compared with round wire, the flat wire design provides a larger surface area and improved heat transfer efficiency, making it suitable for various heating and resistance applications.
The ribbon wire can be produced with customized thickness, width, edge condition and surface finish according to customer requirements. It is widely used in heating elements, industrial furnaces, resistance components, electrical appliances and thermal equipment.
