Application: Batteries and new energy (one of the largest uses)

1. Lithium battery pack connection piece/busbar: used for series and parallel spot welding connections of 18650, 21700, 26650 and other cylindrical batteries.
2. Soft-packed battery negative electrode tabs: Pure nickel strips are often used to lead out the negative electrode of soft-packed lithium batteries.
3. Battery adapter piece, connecting piece, nickel piece: make conductive connections in the battery PACK.
4. Nickel metal hydride/nickel cadmium battery: used for tabs, connectors, current collectors, etc.
5. Large current scenarios: The internal resistance of pure nickel strips is lower than that of nickel-plated steel strips, so they are suitable for larger currents; copper-nickel composite strips are sometimes used for larger currents.

4. Current distribution: Ensuring more uniform current flow among cells connected in parallel.
5. Protection: Some connectors are designed as fuses that blow during overcurrent events, preventing the spread of thermal runaway.
6. Temperature sensing/Sampling: Sometimes serving as voltage sampling points for connection to BMS sensing lines.
