Manganese copper wire is a precision resistance alloy with the following characteristics:
Electrical resistivity: 470 ± 30 μ Ω· m, similar to that of constantan.
Temperature coefficient of resistance: as low as 1/40 of copper, suitable for environments between 5-50 ℃.
Processing performance: Made into wire with a diameter of 0.03-8.0mm through drawing process.
Antioxidant performance: Weak, storage period should not exceed 6 months.
Welding performance: argon arc welding process is preferred.
Application areas: Sampling resistors and precision resistor components in instruments and electronic devices.
