This grid‑tied BESS backup power solution is designed for sites requiring critical‑load power protection. The system consists of utility grid, STS/ATS automatic transfer switch, PCS power conversion system and BESS battery energy storage system.
Under normal conditions, the utility grid supplies power to loads. Once grid failure occurs, STS/ATS will activate fast automatic switch‑over. BESS instantly takes over power supply via PCS to avoid power interruption for important devices. It raises power‑supply reliability and satisfies partial backup‑power demands.
