The S-120MAX is a single-brush solar panel cleaning machine – also known as a PV cleaning robot or photovoltaic cleaning machine – built for automatic, efficient solar panel cleaning on solar farms, PV power plants and commercial rooftop solar arrays. The machine travels directly across the panel surface, using a 1.2m single brush with 200W motor-driven roller tracking to remove dust, dirt, sand and bird droppings that reduce solar power generation. It is powered by two 24V/26A lithium batteries and driven by a brushless copper motor for long working time, strong cleaning torque and low-maintenance operation. The anti-fall protection system and 30° incline horizontal cleaning capability keep it stable and safe on tilted panels. A wireless remote control with a 150m range lets one operator clean panels safely from the ground – no ladders, no scaffolding. Each unit ships with a free 100m explosion-proof water pipe. Ideal for solar farm owners, PV plant O&M teams, EPC contractors and solar equipment distributors who want to cut labor costs, improve cleaning efficiency and maintain stable solar energy output.
